02 Data collected
You can browse the website without identifying yourself. We only collect the data needed for the services you use:
Financing application form
- Full name, email address, phone number, occupation (optional);
- Type of request, desired amount and repayment period.
Contact form
- Full name, email address, subject and content of your message.
Simulator
The monthly payment is calculated in your browser: the amounts and durations entered in the simulator are not sent to us unless you submit an application.
Technical data
- A session cookie, needed to secure the forms (see the cookie policy);
- An encrypted (non-reversible) fingerprint of your IP address, used only to limit abusive form submissions.
03 Purposes and legal bases
- Reviewing your financing application and contacting you about it: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Replying to your messages sent via the contact form: legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Securing the website and preventing abusive submissions: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Complying with our legal and regulatory obligations, in particular regarding fraud prevention: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
Your data is neither sold nor used for marketing purposes without your consent.
04 Retention periods
- Financing applications not followed by a contract: 3 years from the last contact;
- Contact messages: the time needed to reply, then 3 years at most;
- Data linked to a contract: the duration of the contract, then the legal retention periods;
- IP address fingerprint (anti-abuse): 15 minutes;
- Session cookie: until the browser is closed.
05 Data recipients
Your data is intended for the NEGOCIAL FINANCE teams responsible for processing your request. It may be disclosed:
- to partner lending institutions or insurers, solely for the review of your application and to the extent necessary;
- to our technical service providers (hosting, email), who act on our instructions;
- to administrative or judicial authorities, where required by law.
06 Hosting and transfers
The data is hosted by a third-party service.
To display certain fonts and icons, the website loads resources from third-party services (Google Fonts, jsDelivr, unpkg). These services receive your IP address when the page loads. Should any data be transferred outside the European Economic Area, such transfer would be subject to appropriate safeguards (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses of the European Commission).
07 Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights over your data:
- right of access, rectification and erasure;
- right to restriction of processing and right to object;
- right to data portability;
- right to withdraw your consent at any time, where processing is based on it;
- right to set instructions regarding the handling of your data after your death.
To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@negocfinace.com. We will reply within one month, which may be extended by two months if the request is complex. Proof of identity may be requested if there is any doubt.
08 Complaints
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country of residence.
09 Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encrypted connections (HTTPS), protection of the forms against fraudulent and automated submissions, and access to data restricted to authorised persons.
10 Changes
This policy may change. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page. In the event of a significant change, we will inform you on the website.
